INGREDIENTS – Each dose contains a proprietary probiotic + postbiotic blend of L. plantarum PS128 and heat-treated L. paracasei PS23. Preclinical studies suggest that PS128 balances levels of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. Clinical studies suggest that PS128 and HT-PS23 each have the ability to support mood and recovery.
USAGE – Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food. For stress support, take in the morning. For sleep support, take in the evening. Capsules may be opened and mixed into cold food or drink. Positive results may be noticed in one week or after 1-2 months of consistent use.
STORAGE – Keep refrigerated in the original CSP bottle to protect from humidity and maintain potency. Do not expose to heat or sunlight. When traveling, store in a cool, dry place. Storing the bottle at a consistent room temperature for up to one month will not impact the efficacy of the product.
